Starkweather Townhomes
Both townhomes contain three floors, matching the height of the surrounding homes. The multi-family townhome contains two separate apartments, both with their own balcony, designed with privacy in mind.
The client requested townhomes to be designed on two plots neighboring an existing house. The design of the two townhomes accounted for site and zoning restrictions. The townhome in the rear lot was designed for multi-family use, so it includes two separate garages for parking on the lowest level. It also includes a one-car garage for the existing home, since the existing covered garage in the backyard will be demolished. The other townhome was designed to be a single family home with a guest suite on the lower level. Site and landscaping design was considered as well.
