Another project located in the historic Fireblocks District in Dayton, Ohio, Grist Provisions is a bakery and restaurant located on the first floor of Huffman Lofts. Grist will provide retails items such as baked goods and pasta, and a full-service restaurant and bar. Meld worked closely with Grist owners to create a rustic and welcoming atmosphere with elements of wood and tile throughout the space that coordinate with the existing historic masonry aesthetic.
