Graphic Arts Mixed-Use

Originally built for the Christian Publishing Association in 1924, the Graphic Arts Building in Dayton, Ohio is being converted to 20 market-rate apartments. Meld is working with The Windsor Companies to renovate the former commercial building which will also contain several commercial tenants on the first floor. A solid concrete structure with exposed brick and mushroom columns will create apartments with high ceilings and an industrial aesthetic. This project received financial support from state and federal historic tax credits.
