SummaCare

Located in the heart of Akron, Ohio, the "East End" includes redevelopment of the historic Goodyear Headquarters and Hall facilities. Meld has been retained by IRG Realty Advisors, LLC to provide a new 70,000 SF office space for SummaCare on the Market Street entry level. MELD has also been working closely with preservation consultant Naylor Wellman, LLC to navigate the state and federal historic tax credit process, which is part of the financing package for the entire complex.
