Cube Workspace

During construction of The Lofts of West 9 in Cleveland’s Historic Warehouse District, Meld was hired by Cube Workspace to complete construction drawings for a shared-office concept located in part of the West 9 first floor commercial space. The tenant improvements included open office space, private offices, a kitchen area, and a conference room which can be reserved by Cube members. As Cube workspace has continued to expand across northeastern Ohio, Meld has designed additional Cube spaces in Mentor and Avon Lake.
