Originally built for the Christian Publishing Association in 1924, Meld worked with the Windsor Companies to renovate the Graphic Arts Building into 20 luxury market-rate apartments. The units feature exposed brick, high ceilings, mushroom columns, and modern finish selections for a new industrial aesthetic to preserve the feel of the original history and architecture. This project was redeveloped in accordance with historic preservation guidelines and received financial support from state and federal historic tax credits.
