Michael E. Wellman

During the past two decades, Mike has gained diverse experience managing a variety of architectural projects. He has spent close to 15 years working on historic tax credit projects and is a federally qualified historic architect. Projects have ranged in size from a small 8-apartment renovations to conversions of large historic industrial complexes such as Heinz, Goodyear, and Hoover.
Mike also has considerable experience designing K-12 school facilities. He has worked extensively for the Cleveland Metropolitan School District and the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission. Between preservation and civic projects, Mike’s experience includes work for The Ohio Department of Transportation, The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, and retail work for national clients such as Burlington Coat Factory, Tractor Supply, Pearle Vision, and TGI Fridays.
