graphic arts mixed use
Originally built for the Christian Publishing Association in 1924, the Graphic Arts Building in Dayton, Ohio is being converted to 20 market-rate apartments. Meld is working with The Windsor Companies to renovate the former commercial building which will also contain several commercial tenants on the first floor. A solid concrete structure with exposed mushroom columns will create apartments with high ceilings and an industrial aesthetic. This project will apply for the state historic tax credit and will also be constructed to comply with federal historic tax credit guidelines.
